Buy now, Pay Later. TWO options: Humm or ZipPay

Humm: Offering no interest on repayments and easy application and approval process on small and big purchases. New applications can be made in-store if eligibility criteria met or you can set-up your own account prior purchase.

ZipPay: Pay Later credit transactions, low interest on repayments. Need to have an account set-up prior purchase to use this.

​

AfterPay: Pay Later credit transactions, low interest on repayments. Need to have an account set-up prior purchase to use this.

** Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Please note a deposit is required to CONFIRM the booking, paid online or if otherwise arranged by yourself and the proceduralist.

The Deposit is NON-refundable within 24hrs of the booking time. If you must cancel for any reason, it must be done 24hrs or more BEFORE the booking time, in order to get a refund**.

 

If there has been a special order for your treatment such as hyalase, threads or as otherwise discussed by the proceduralist, the deposit will NOT be refunded once paid (as this will be used to cover losses incurred in placing the order for your product/treatment.

**Refund: Valid reasons that will be accepted for a refund to be issued:

1) Medical issue preventing treatment (if notified >24hrs prior)

2) Cancellation or change made by the service provider (non-Covid lockdown related)

3) Error in booking within the first 48hrs of booking (IF greater than 24hrs from appointment time, for whatever reason)

4) Note deposits paid that are greater than $50, will only incur in $50 failure to attend fee, the balance can only be redeemed by re-booking a service, the balance will then be deducted from the treatment cost.

Where a refund WON'T be issued:

1) Change of mind

2) Less than 24hrs of booking / appointment time

3) Special product order has been made (i.e. hyalase, threads, Kybella)

Covid-19 Notice:

Please note COVID-19 and lockdown limitations are unfortunate but unavoidable circumstances and out of the control of Myelin Health Pty Ltd and as such any deposits will not be refunded however will be held for your next treatment booking once rescheduled. If you chose to cancel your appointment altogether, please take note of the "valid reasons" above. Thankyou for your patience and understanding.

Cancellation of Appointments without Deposits (Policy):

Please note, appointments booked but without deposits paid as required may have their appointment cancelled with the option of rescheduling, if the deposit has NOT been paid by 24hr pre-appointment time frame. Those bookings made or arranged under a 24hr period from the allocated appointment will not apply to this policy. You will be contacted never-the-less to be given the opportunity to pay the deposit and/or confirm your booking well before 24hrs prior and at 24hrs prior.
