Bulk Billed Service with valid Medicare Card
Service Description
GP consultation to assess, formulate and arrange a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), to allow appropriate management and allocation of government subsidised psychological sessions. This plan allows for a total of 10x visits depending on patient needs. You must have not had a plan undertaken in the last 12-months (see MHCP review or MH Consultation if it has been less than 12-months since your last plan). You MUST have a valid medicare card to be bulk billed otherwise a fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Deposits won't be refunded IF product has been ordered/purchased for your session, usually no refund less than 24hrs from appointment time.
