Service Description
Assessment/review, formulation and management of a mental health issue. Appropriate management may include psychological therapy or medication. Evidence based practice and safe, judicious prescribing will be used in accordance to accepted therapeutic guidelines. (Note: this option is not a Health Care Plan, and if one is required or advised, another appointment may be required.) You MUST have a valid medicare card to be bulk billed otherwise a fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. Deposits won't be refunded IF product has been ordered/purchased for your session, usually no refund less than 24hrs from appointment time.
